Warwickshire RA Benevolent Fund – Gift Aid Envelope System

The RA Benevolent Fund has a registered charity chest (E0135) in the Masonic Charitable Foundation’s Relief Chest Scheme through which Gift Aid is claimed.

Over the 2016/2017 masonic season all Chapters have been encouraged to direct their donations for the Benevolent Fund to the relief chest by using the RCS envelopes.

All Chapter charity stewards have been provided with a copy of the explanation booklet and most have used the system and are familiar with it. However, new charity stewards do get appointed from time to time so should further copies be required, they can be downloaded by clicking the link here. The Gift Aid Relief Chest Guide

Copies of the EVS forms that that are required to accompany the donations when they are sent to the relief chest, should be found in a wallet near the supply of RCS envelopes at each meeting place. But again, copies can be downloaded by clicking the link below.

The Guide explains the system and should provide all the information needed.

However, should further assistance be needed please e-mail or call:

Many thanks to all those Chapter charity stewards who have made the effort to acquainted themselves with the RCS scheme and thanks also to the companions of Chapters that have supported the Benevolent Fund over the past masonic season.
