After taking the Travelling Loving Cup from us for just ten days on Monday 16 September a party of ‘Raiding Companions’ from Leigh Chapter No 887 attended Athol Chapter No 74 and secured The Leigh Cup (sorry I mean the Travelling Loving Cup).
The Raiding Party was led by our Haggai E.Comp Geoff Stevens, Comp Dimitrios Lamprakis and myself; and of course our very own E.Comp John Emms, who remained neutral to the end as he was the Second Provincial Grand Principal attending as the Provincial representative. The Provincial Grand Master also attended as Athol is his Chapter.
Leigh Chapter invite Companions to attend our November 1st meeting Exaltation Meeting to try and wrestle the Travelling Loving Cup from our grasp. But be warned ‘we will be back!’
