The 2009 edition of the Book of Constitutions including the Supreme Grand Chapter Regulations is available on the United Grand Lodge website www.ugle.org.uk/about-ugle/book-of-constitutions or at the Supreme Grand Chapter website www.grandchapter.org.uk/
All you need do is download a .pdf file and hey presto… you are up to date. If your computer can’t read those files don’t worry, you will find on the same download page a link to the Adobe Reader site where you can download the Reader for free…a simple and extremely useful bit of software.
